Candice Spangler is the Outreach Coordinator and Analyst with Relentless Pursuit Outreach & Recovery (RPOR), a community-centered, faith-based organization dedicated to eradicating human trafficking.
She is a mother, wife, and survivor of human trafficking. She is passionate about helping others, photography, reading, and spending time with her family. Candice has been with Relentless Pursuit since 2020. She is a Certified Assessor through Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness (GKCCEH).
Mrs. Spangler is an advocate with Metro Organization for Racial and Economic Equity (More2) where she educates felons on their voting rights. Candice has competed in three Skull Games with All Things Possible Ministries (ATP) and has completed the Open-Source Intelligence Analysis (OSIA) course through Echo Analytics Group (EAG).
Krista has three decades of experience working for the Missouri Division of Youth Services. She has held every supervisory and managerial position within the agency, had oversight of facility budgets, maintenance, compliance and been involved in the hiring, training and developing of staff members.
She is knowledgeable in various treatment protocols including Trauma Informed, Physical Crisis Prevention Intervention (PCIP), Suicide Prevention, Group Dynamics, Systems Theory, Medication Aid Certification and Safety and Security.

Tim is the Executive Director at House of Hope KC. He has over 15 years of experience in pastoral ministry with specific focus in the areas of program development, strategic alignment, building organizational health, leadership development, and staff training.
Stephanie comes to RPOR from the Western District of Missouri where she was a Federal Probation Officer for 21 years.

Stephanie specialized in treatment services for those individuals with substance use disorders and mental health issues. She has traveled nationwide to assist other Districts in policy and procedure as it related to contracting for treatment services as well as served as a local expert in the field.
Aaron is an attorney with Polsinelli Law Firm in Kansas City, Missouri. Aaron specializes in real estate and banking law. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a licensed real estate broker.
Jennifer is a Regional Sales Consultant and a national speaker regarding Women & Investing for the investment management firm Federated Hermes, Inc. where she has been employed for the last 19 years. She also does economic development work specializing in micro-loans in Latin America, Kenya, and Cuba.
Jennifer is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Mattie Rhodes Center located in Kansas City, MO as well.
Ingebjorg very much enjoys her current role as a Special Ed Para Professional at Franklin Elementary School. She finds it rewarding and educational as she assist students with special needs to achieve their academic, emotional and behavioral goals.
Her role with RPOR, outside of being a frequent volunteer at Christine’s Place, is being the Social Outreach Coordinator. This involves creating and maintaining relationships with organizations, departments, businesses, volunteers and donors whom are in the fight against Human Trafficking with us.
Ingebjorg was born and raised in Norway, where she got her degree in Social Work at the College University in Oslo, 2003. She also has extensive experience in the service industry, she’s a dog trainer and is no stranger to volunteer work; At her kids school she’s a board member in the PTA and an active member in several committees. She is a dog walker and trainer at the animal shelter and she spent six months in Honduras working with street kids. Alongside on this list, is also her commitment to the Safe at Home Program as an Application Assistant.
She’s a nature child and holds a profound love for all God’s creations. Her entire life reflects a passion for helping the vulnerable and fight for a better, more compassionate world.
Jared is a Captain of the Kansas City, MO Fire Department along with being an adjunct instructor at the Kansas City Fire Academy. Jared is Also currently an Instructor for the University of Missouri-Fire Rescue Training Institute.
He spends his free time doing mission work teaching disaster relief training all over the globe.
Angeleic is Founder and President of Winning Before the Fight, a not-for-profit dedicated to preparation support in daily life. She is a nationally recognized presenter and author of operational procedures, tactics, efficiencies, miscellaneous courses, and articles for law enforcement, security, corrections, and military personnel.
She is also a law enforcement teacher. She devoted many years to the Kansas City, MO Police Department where her last assignment before retirement was Chief Psychical Training and Defensive Tactics Instructor.
She and her husband present personal defense classes to corporate and civic organizations.
Chris is an executive with demonstrated success in non-profit operational leadership as the founder of the Veterans Community Project. He currently is the Program Director at Hope Faith located in Kansas City, MO.
He is an expert at designing strategic plans, successful engagement programs, and targeted communications. He is regarded for delivering unprecedented revenue growth through skilled fundraising and financial oversight.
