LEARN ABOUT THE KAMEL FAMILY
The Kamel Family recently escaped Kabul and are beginning a new life in America. They were forced to flee with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and we are working to support them in any way we can as they settle here.
RPOR is helping the Kamel family establish their new life in the United States. Nineteen people, six adults, and thirteen children were forced to flee from their homes. They are here now, and they are in need. Any donation, large or small, is appreciated, from clothes to hygiene products, to toys, and education supplies for the children.
Three brothers, Javed, Moshen, and Hamid, worked supporting the United States government’s mission in Afghanistan for almost a decade and a half. Over a year ago, they filed and began the process to move their families to America.
Despite completing every step of the visa process to emigrate to the United States, they were still left with no resolution and no way out when Kabul fell in August of 2021. Through a network of supporters, they were rescued and made it safely to the United States.
Now, after everything they have been through, and the support they have offered our country, it is our chance to return the favor. They are in need of donations, big or small to begin their lives here successfully.
